Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellation by Client:
  • Clients may cancel services by providing written notice to Future Vision.
  • Cancellations made at least 15 days prior to the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 05 days or less of the scheduled start date may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the total quoted amount or amount/time spent by future vision, whichever is greater.
  • Failure to provide sufficient notice or non-appearance without notice will result in forfeiture of the total quoted amount.
• Cancellation by Future Vision:
  • Future Vision reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, instructor unavailability, insufficient enrollment, or force majeure events.
  • Every effort will be made to reschedule the service at a mutually agreeable time.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
• Refund Processing:
  • Refunds will be processed within [number] business days of the cancellation notice.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.
